Mitt Squad was founded by Erick Soderberg, a former banker and entrepreneur with a background in boxing-based training and business development.

Erick’s approach is simple: entrepreneurship is learned through practice and not discussion. Success results from repetition, and confidence is built from doing the work.

As your Cornerman, his role is to train, guide, challenge, and hold you accountable for the success you desire.

Work through the decisions you've been avoiding. Pricing, positioning, what to cut, what to keep.

WEEK FOUR

Execution

Lock in your next 30 days. Leave with a clear business plan and the accountability to launch.

How the cohort works

Get accepted

We review every application to keep the group focused and serious. You'll hear back within 48 hours.

If you’re a good fit, we’ll send you a confirmation email with payment instructions and session details. If the cohort is full or the timing isn’t right, we’ll let you know as well. 

 

STEP THREE

Show up and execute

Every Saturday for four weeks. You work on your actual business, not hypotheticals. Physical conditioning and business execution in every session.

Daily Cornerman access is included, which keeps your work structured and on track between sessions.
