WHY IT MATTERS

ENTREPRENEURS FAIL FROM BEHAVIOR,

NOT LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

Most entrepreneurship development programs focus on topics such as business plans, access to funding, and licensing. While these tools are important, they do not address the operational instability that causes capable individuals to stall.

Burnout, inconsistency, isolation, and breakdowns in execution are behavioral failures that represent a community challenge. They hinder economic development, workforce readiness, and generational wealth.聽

20% First-Year Failure Rate

One in five small businesses closes within 12 months, primarily due to operational breakdown rather than market conditions.

54% Founder Burnout

More than half of entrepreneurs report experiencing burnout, which is often attributed to isolation and a lack of structured accountability.聽 聽 聽聽

63% Of Net New Jobs

Small businesses account for 63% of net new job creation in the United States, which positions entrepreneur sustainability as a critical workforce development issue.

6 Structured Conditioning Weeks

A six-week program of live sessions, daily accountability, and structured execution practice is designed to foster enduring operational discipline.

"Most entrepreneurs don't have a strategy聽 problem. They have a conditioning problem."

LEADERSHIP

ERICK SODERBERG

FOUNDER & LEAD FACILITATOR, MITT SQUAD
M.S. NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY 路 M.A. UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON

Mitt Squad was founded by Erick Soderberg, a former banker and entrepreneur with a background in boxing-based training and business development.
Erick鈥檚 approach is simple: entrepreneurship is learned through practice and not discussion. Success results from repetition, and confidence is built from doing the work.
As your Cornerman, he will train, guide, challenge, and hold your organization accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • He designed and implemented the Entrepreneur Conditioning System, which is used in live cohorts.
  • He has a background in operations, sales, and strategic business development.
  • He is a trained facilitator in entrepreneur accountability, execution systems, and performance habits.
  • He is also a speaker and workshop leader for entrepreneur development and community economic programs.
COMMUNITY IMPACT VISION

OPERATIONALLY STRONGER COMMUNITIES START WITH CONDITIONED FOUNDERS.

Most entrepreneurship programs create attendees rather than operators. Without behavioral development, even capable participants complete workshops but fail to take action.

When entrepreneurs act with discipline and consistency, local economies grow, job creation accelerates, and entrepreneurial infrastructure becomes self-sustaining.

This is not motivational programming. It provides operational infrastructure for your entrepreneurial ecosystem.

ECONOMIC ACTIVATION
